Existing numbers can be retained through compatible call forwarding. We check compatibility and agree the call flow as part of setup.
Does Receptionist include a calendar and a CRM?
Receptionist includes one standard calendar OR CRM integration. That supports appointment booking or CRM lead capture, depending on the selected integration. Manager includes two standard integrations total. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
Does the Manager package include two agents?
No. Each package is priced per agent. Each additional agent has its own setup fee, subscription, and minute allowance. Jaylene and Hideo demonstrate the service; their demonstration does not define a bundled subscription.
What can a Manager agent decide?
